Refunding a payment is really easy with SuperPay

You can issue a refund at any time up to 90 days after the charge.  After 90 days, it becomes more likely that certain circumstances may cause a refund to fail - for example if the client's card has expired.

  1. Sign in to your Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the View all Payments tab
  3. Search for the payment and click View Details
  4. Press the Refund button
  5. That's it!

Your customer sees the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.
